    Intercontinental Lijiang was a top location to explore the old town. From check-in with Nero, to settling in at the room with Deft providing very helpful suggestions on how to book tickets for Impressions of Lijiang or the cable car to Spruce meadow on WeChat mini programs, we had a smooth early arrival and check in. We were not overwhelmed with not speaking Mandarin with Nero and Deft helping out through WeChat when we had questions. There are a few awesome restaurants right outside the East exit of the hotel in the old town, V Sherry Yún Xuě Lì, another rice noodles restaurant. The breakfast buffet spread had a very good selection of local and international dishes, freshly squeezed juices, egg and noodle stations. The heated swimming pool was comfortable as it was quite chilly outside when it rained in the evenings even in July. The property is large, nice to walk around after breakfast and well maintained. We had a very relaxed stay in Intercontinental Lijiang with Deft, Jack and Eric helping us with the check out. Thanks a lot for the great experience.

    We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort. The hotel offers convenience and a relaxing atmosphere that made our trip even more memorable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with local cultural touches that gave the property a unique character. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. We especially appreciated the peaceful setting, excellent amenities, and convenient location for exploring the Lijiang area. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang and would happily stay here again on a future trip.

    The ambience throughout the resort was breathtaking, creating a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful. A special mention goes to the breakfast team. As we were unable to eat meat dishes, the head staff thoughtfully arranged for the chef to prepare a special vegetable dish for us every morning. This personalized gesture made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. We will definitely stay at this resort again when we return to Lijiang.
