Avoid. Reserve here if you want to play the hotel roulette. There are huge chances your room will be downgraded to a hotel next door, at Mala Berulia, which is cheaper. If you want to stay at this 5 star hotel, beware. It belongs to the same chain, but doesn’t have the same facilities. The relocated place is maximum 3 stars, the manager, is very rude, saying that it’s our fault we reserved at their place, and an employee told us we are lucky we are not staying for too long here. The only nice facility is the infinity pool. Spa is not included in the huge price that this 3 star hotel offers.
There are better places to stay around, keep looking and please avoid if you want to have a good time!
