    The location is amazing, a lot of things to do around. The beach a bit far but for me it was no problem to walk around. The hotel is nice, breakfast is good. The room was always cleaned.

    Ibis Kata is my go to hotel everytime i visit Phuket. The location is just perfect for us. The staff are friendly and warm. She recommended some cafés to visit nearby. The room is clean. Value for money.

    We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Phuket Kata. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located close to Kata Beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was well maintained and the room was clean with all basic amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a good value for money and we would recommend this hotel to families and travelers visiting Phuket.

    1) We booked our room as breakfast included. Although there was no information about it in our booking confirmation, the hotel was asking extra breakfast fee for our child. When we explained that the booking was including the breakfast, they didn't accept it and forced us to pay for our son once he has breakfast. 2) We wanted to fill our water bottles when we finished our breakfast. However, we weren't allowed. We were told that even water refilling is considered as 'Take-away Breakfast'. We were asked to pay for it if we wanted to fill our water bottles. Additional, when our son wasn't eating and only sitting next to us during breakfast, we were asked to pay for his breakfast fee as he was caught while he was drinking water. We stayed in IBIS hotels in various different locations. We never had even a single issue until this time. The workers were always friendly. But this time, we had the feeling of being watched. We didn't deserve to be served like this while paying quite reasonable amount of money for our stay. I don't recommend this place at all.
