The room was very clean and spacious. Great location. Front desk staff were neither “warm or welcoming”. No room service available.

all good just the hotel is situated in capital city of Slovakia and TV in the room play only 3 slovak stations and all the rest in german or another languages. it’s a shame

My parents had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, helpful and attentive. A very positive experience overall.
