Great location but unless your car is under 150cms and physically measured by Hotel staff and you pay 25 Euros a night extra there is no parking! This could be a problem as nearest parking is a walk up a vertical hill behind the Hotel. Check in was awful and took nearly an hour as Ukrainian receptionist did not speak English so had to communicate via Google translate. Plus had zero customer social skills. Rooms were spacious but dated, no light in toilet plus no conditioner. We had to pay extra to use the Hotel pool - 5 Euros per person per day! Nice pool but cold! Thought being a spa town with hot springs everywhere it would be lovely and warm. Tiny jacuzzi only room for 2 people and very heavily chlorinated. My advice don’t stay here, book cheaper and use the amazing public Saunia, incredible. Breakfast was adequate but certainly not worth the 22 Euros the Hotel charge per person. There was a pool table but only useful if you know how to play the Russian version. Table tennis table good and tiny fitness Centre 1 running machine, 1 cross trainer and a few light weights and mats. Exercise bike not working. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Next visit to the the fabulous Karlovi Vary I will not be staying at Interhotel Central again!
