We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but were very disappointed with our latest visit. There was nobody at reception therefore we had no idea where to get keys etc. We eventually phoned someone and was told our room number and the key is in the door! Only one towel and no one to ask for another until we were leaving. The shower head had not been cleaned for ages and therefore water spraying from all angles. TV turned on during the night a couple of times and woke us up! Whilst we appreciate it's not expensive we shall not be returning.

Very difficult to find groceries or mini restaurants around. Hotel not bad for the money.

The only staff member we saw did not speak any English. No evidence of other staff or guests. Room very basic. Sheets clean. Bathroom had an opaque glass door that did not close securely. TV displayed only blizzard. I stayed one night. Visited Walibi Belgium theme park.

Comfortable hotel close to absolutely everything you will need, restaurants, bars, shops, trains, buses etc. Big plus was the free parking at the back of hotel. Hotel offers coffee and continental breakfast for around 10 euros Excellent restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store next door. Unless you are looking for 5 star this little hotel is perfect for stop overs, long weekends etc. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. We will definately be using when we return to Belgium to visit family.

We were surprised by how basic the hotel was. The location,parking and check in were totally fine. The Internet code didn't work initially, but the proprietor changed something after which we had reception. The bathroom was very old although everything functioned, but the water was noisy, so we could hear the neighbours upstairs... The heating worked well, but we couldn't turn it off. When we tried to turn it down, it just made a lot of noise which meant we had to turn it up again in order to manage to sleep.All together not what we were expecting after paying €80.
