    The hotel is conveniently located very close to Tsukuba Station (TX line) and also near the Tsukuba Bus Station, making it easy to get around. Tonarie Mall is just nearby, so there are plenty of options for restaurants, cafés, and small shopping. Cons: The cleaning system could be improved. Guests need to place a cleaning card on the door; otherwise, the room will not be cleaned and fresh towels will not be provided. If you forget to put the card out, no cleaning service is given, which can be inconvenient.

    ネット予約し、フロントで所謂「宿帳」に記入したら、カードキーを渡され、「チェックインはあちらの機械で自動となっております」と伝えられました。難しい事は無く簡単にでき、部屋へ。出かけて夜に戻り、入浴を済ませて歯を磨こうと思ったら歯ブラシがない! 翌朝チェックアウトの時に見回すと、必要なものだけ自分で持っていくファシリティのコーナーが、残念ながらフロント→チェックインマシン→エレベーター　の動線から外れた場所に。予約時にどこかに書いてあったかもしれませんが、宿帳記入時に一言伝えて欲しかったです。
