Lovely hotel and great location. Reception manager was fantastic and all other Reception staff are really helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. Room toilets could be doing with a bit of bleach down them daily. Public toilets all always clean and tidy although the showers outside the Spa area need some tender care put into them and also the changing room next to spa toilet is very cramped. We had a very enjoyable 3 wk stay at this hotel.

We liked the pool and the food. Also, the staff was amazing.
Unfortunatly, when we arrived the sheets were dirty and there was a smell of humidity.
When we reserved the pictures was pictures of renovated room. Our room wasn’t renovated at all.
