We enjoyed our stay . One thing that would have been nice was to have a rug to step on when we came inside the door after stepping in snow.

Clean room. The sound of the heater when kicked on was in competition with the TV volume.

Just to be clear, I didn’t get to stay here. I had a room booked and there was an issue.
I’m writing this review because their customer service in fixing that issue was amazing.
Sometimes problems arise. It happens. But it’s uncommon to see such a speedy and courteous response. I will stay here if the opportunity arises in the future.
