Great place to stay. Located near HEB, Walmart, Target and numerous places to dine out. Lots of places to shop nearby. There's construction nearby but its not too bad. Hotel is right off of I-10 so you can get on the road quickly. Overall great place to stay. Staff is friendly and attentive.

They just rent my room to an other customer with out my authorization. So I went home for 2 days and come back to my room and was all ready rent so they told me that they don't have more rooms available so was an terrible situation I was so tired and choose to find an other hotel. They didn't give me anything back

They did not let me check in with a passport because “they have to scan it and you can’t scan passport” or rather would say too lazy to put it in the system manually even though I was with a two year old so they denied service after waiting 1 hour in line to check in.

Shame on you corporate management !! I stayed two days and decided to book a third day in the same room at 10:30 am. The front desk abruptly told me it would cost me an additional $30.00 if I wanted to stay in the room. So, I got my things and checked out and returned at 3pm to the same room which they did not service. Hey corporate, Americans are getting real tired of these many new and creative ways to steal our money including yours.
