Our stay at Riad Petite Karmela was lovely, perfectly situated within walking distance of all must see places, we did need transport to the
Jardin Majoelle which is outside of the medina, the staff arraged that for us.
The staff were wonderful, helpful and kind; the whole atmosphere was calm with a warm welcome, my daughter and I felt we were special and I think all guests could feel like that.
The room was good, shower good, great hairdryer! the passage to the Riad entrance was lit and you were guided in and out to transport, if needed. The Riad staff made our stay so warm and memorable, courtyards to relax in, complimentary mint tea/water, ready smiles!
I'd recommend arranging collection from the airport with them.
Relax in Karmela Petite Riad and enjouy all that Marakech has to offer, it's unforgettable!

The food they serve is lovely. The roof terrace has an amazing view, the people who work there are very kind and great hospitality. We had a wonderfull stay at riad Karmela and Zineb (pool).

We were upgraded to a better room in the adjoining Riad Zenab which was beautiful. A small pool outside the room. Service was excellent. The two Nourias were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but was only served in the Zenab fit the last two nights. The first two we had to go over to the main Katmela.
