The food they serve is lovely. The roof terrace has an amazing view, the people who work there are very kind and great hospitality. We had a wonderfull stay at riad Karmela and Zineb (pool).

Riad Karmela was an outstanding hotel. Welcoming, comfortable, beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and supportive with everything we need. An absolute gem of a place.

We were upgraded to a better room in the adjoining Riad Zenab which was beautiful. A small pool outside the room. Service was excellent. The two Nourias were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but was only served in the Zenab fit the last two nights. The first two we had to go over to the main Katmela.
