The hotel was ideally situated to the train station which allowed access to other areas to visit.
The breakfast had a good selection however the quality of the cooked selection could improve and the hot drinks station only had tepid water which doesn't suit my taste as i like boiling water for my tea.
There was one member of staff who stood head and shoulders above the rest...Veronica...she is The Regency's main asset. Nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay pleasurable and our planned journey's go wuthout a hitch and stress free. She's brilliant. I would stay at The Regency again....if she's there!

The staff at this property is beyond what anyone could ever wish for. Every single person from the manager, Massimo, Veronica and the two incredible young men who worked at reception in the evening went over and above to assist regarding dining, transport, finding information etc. I arrived slightly disappointed in the location and left knowing that when I returned to that area, i would only stay at the Regency hotel in Lissone. Gracie Mille !!
