A comfortable and welcoming establishment on the outskirts of Avignon. We had booked a cosy room which was fine for our one night stay, the quality of the food and service in the restaurant was first class. The only negative was the cleanliness and state of the loungers and surround of the pool area.

The evening dinner was good but the vegetables that accompanied the meal seemed to have been cooked from the previous night and not prepared or presented very well. The ameuse-geule and starter was very good.

La Ferme was a great place to stay while visiting Avignon. It was a little ways out of town but perfect as we needed parking for our rental. We took advantage of the Table d’hôte dinner upon arrival. The meal was delicious. The A/C wasn’t working in our room so we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which was much appreciated. The hotel staff was more than accommodating to our needs. We will definitely return if we visit Avignon again in the future!

I liked that it was close to the castle of Carcassonne. I did not like that they had concrete bollards (look it up) at the entrance and the parking spaces were WAY too small.

An amazing hotel, situated in a quiet area. The accommodation was comfortable, cosy (weather was not good, cold &very windy). The lady who checked us in was really friendly, spoke good English. The restaurant was beautiful, exposed stone walls, lovely open fire, food was to die for. Waitresses also friendly and very attentive. Only a couple of very small negatives, bedroom had quite a few moths flying around and the bathroom sliding door could do with a like of paint to match the beautiful bedroom & bathroom

A very friendly hotel set in the beautiful countryside of Île de la Barthelasse – but still very close to Avignon (they have bikes and the island is totally flat). The room was on the small side, but still comfortable. The restaurant is super (it's worth to go here just to eat), the staff is very friendly and the garden with the pool looks amazing (just a pity that I stayed during wintertime). The only thing I disliked is that the rooms unfortunately have been renovated in some kind of horrible 80:s style, so the rooms lack all that authentic charm of the lobby and the restaurant and the rest of the place...

Great beds, outstanding shower and hot water and after a long day sightseeing, we didn't have to look for a restaurant. They have an excellent menu choice with every day new suggestions. It's a 10 min drive to Avignon we choose this because of the quiet location and the restaurant . It was easy to discover the Provence from here. But bring your mosquito spray as they are a lot because of the river nearby. The hotel provides sprays as well. Recommend

I would not stay there again. I did not enjoy the restaurant and it compares very badly to the other food I enjoyed in my 2 months in France. The owners are unable to politely deal with any criticism. If you want to eat any food on the premises other than the restaurants food be prepared for a fight.

Lovely country hotel for travelers with a car (parking free). During our stay in France there was the collapse of gasoline, it was impossible to leave the hotel to Marseille. Natalie and Thierry were very kind, genuinely helped us, phoned the rental, offering solutions, they supported us, accompanied us to hire and refueling stations. We feel as though we are their friends and relatives. Thank you for your participation and good attitude! Rooms are little bit small but very comfortable with a good bathroom, everything is clean There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel. Not lurch menu, but all the dishes are so original and high quality. Highly recommended both hotel & restaurant!

Very tranquille hotel 2 miles from Avignon walled city. Private free parking with closed gate after midnight. Nice pool and gardens. The terrace area is an extension of the restaurant which serves very nice food. The reception was small and friendly with info forfor tourist. The owners could not do enough to make you feel welcome.The Rooms were clean and more than adequate for business or pleasure.All in all, I will stay again.

This charming hotel was the perfect home base for our tour of Provence. Located very close to Avignon, but still far enough away to be a relaxing retreat after a full day. I was unable to stay as the hotel has no rooms without stairs and no elevator. Though I requested a ground floor, I was not notified it was not available and the description does not say, stairs only. Upon arrival, they were very rude and said we are here 400 years with no stairs. The problem is hotels.com, not theirs. They told me they work with another hotel, called them, and sent me there. THEN, they charged me for a full night, as a no show, without telling me they were going to charge me!!!!!

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is a little remote, but in a beautiful setting on an island across from Avignon city center. We rented bikes from them to check out the island and go to Avignon via a free ferry. The island was really beautiful in spring with lots of flowers blooming everywhere. The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms are all new and very clean. The restaurant is great, try the beef tartar if you're not too scared.

A lovely one night stay in the country near Avignon. Ver friendly and helpful staff, lovely sweet room, all comforts required and very modern. I was exhausted on arrival and the glass of wine in the garden under the late afternoon winter sun made my day! The restaurant was excellent and there was no need to drive any where for dinner or breakfast. Perfect!

We enjoyed the location of the hotel in the country side yet it was only 5 minutes drive from Avignon. The pool was great as was the shady terrace outside where we had probably the best food of our six weeks in France. The room was only ok. Our immediate view was of the rubbish bins ad the bed, being a double, is really not big or comfortable enough for two people. The bathroom was rather dingy and there was an unpleasant drain smell every time we turned the tap or the shower on. But generally, a good place with friendly hosts.
