    Overall a good value for the amount they charge. But, it is an old hotel, so don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel experience. Pros: 1) Gym, hotspring(?) , swimming pool facilities. 2) In a very good location, McDonald right across the street, 7-11 and Family mart close by. Carefour, Mia C'bon supermarket, Tsutaya bookstore a few blocks away. 3) free parking for guests, underground parking is decent size. 4) Staffs are attentive and polite 5) complimentary breakfast Cons: 1) The room's chair wasn't cleaned at all...it has quite a few strands of long hair stuck on it. 2) The room has a moldy smell upon entering, only after turning AC did the smell decreased. 3) They don't really bother to clean the AC vents...its dirty. 4) The room's chair is uncomfortable to sit on. Almost no cushion to it. 5) Sound proof capability of the room is extremely poor. I later found out its b/c there is a very big gap in the bottom of the door and floor. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. 6) Swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, even if its small rain. 7) AC in the room is pretty weak. Even on the highest setting, the amount of cool air going thru the vents is small. Not as a big of problem when its early morning or night, but when its noon~afternoon (esp in summer) it will start to feel a little hot. 7) hotel restaurant's price is not budget friendly at all. Only some of the dim sum's prices are ok.

    Great location. Breakfast choice was extensive. Room was spacious and service was good. I would only suggest that the carpet be thoroughly cleaned in the room as there was a slight smell. Nothing major just better to smell fresher.
