    Booked for 4 adults, two teenage boys sleeping on sofa bed but we had to make the bed up and get blankets as well for them on arrival at midnight not very ideal and staff tad ignornant on the matter. Decent pool hard to get a sunbed unless up at god knows what time. Good location in adeje WiFi good Probably only return if it was a cheap cheap deal

    Great location, staff at reception so accommodating. Great food at beach bar. Kids loved it. Walking distance to so many amenities. Would recommend.

    Asked for pool view at time of booking as we came here last year and liked it. Given a ground floor view of the bar which is noisy and i have a young family. Told this is a pool view and to think myself lucky I'm not facing the alleyway. Told that they are sold out of all 1st floor/pool view as all for these timeshare people who are here every year. ALSO, the life guard approached this morning to inform that children under 6 years require an adult in the pool with them at all times. This is a new rule apparently. So there's no sunbed time for any parents of under 6's whatsoever, not even if you can see them from poolside. Don't know what his job is then. You wouldn't get poolside beds anyway unless you queue before 9am. So disappointed, wish I'd booked somewhere else. Big change from last year. Reception staff not pleasant either.

    The hotel is nothing special, clearly not worth the price tag. The room was spacious and clean but pretty much all the facilities within the property is en extra pay, which is surprising. If someone does not need the pool access, then renting an apartment could be a much better and cost-effective option.
