    Premium stays near the lake. The lake view restaurant provides an delicious food with wide range of menu. Special mention to Yugeshwari at the reception who helped in seamless checkin.

    Our recent stay fell far short of the luxury expected from Sterling Kodaikānāl . Cleanliness was a major issue, as we noticed stained cabinet doors and dusty fixtures in our room upon arrival. Maintenance is heavily lacking, with loose fixtures in the bathroom.For families, I do not recommend this hotel. The kids' play area is incredibly cramped and lacks proper space or safe equipment.The biggest issue was the parking. There is no dedicated parking facility on-site. Guests are forced to park their vehicles outside the main gate on the street. To make matters worse, the hotel takes absolutely no responsibility for the safety or security of vehicles parked outside. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a premium property.I expected much better service, security, and upkeep for the price point. Management seriously needs to address basic safety, amenities, and cleanliness before this hotel can be considered a true luxury stay.
