My stay at Chantico Inn was great! The hotel is located 1 block away from all the shops in Ojai, making it super convenient. Check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick. I enjoyed have 24/7 access to the pool-hot tub area, this was definitely a plus. I’ll be coming back soon.

Was shocked to find that the Chantico Inn housekeeping didn’t bother to wash any of the sheets, pillows, or comforters. They were covered in hair! Furthermore, there was pubic hair on top of the toilet in the bathroom, spiderwebs by the door & unplugged lamp (so I had to stick my arm through a spider web to plug in the one table side lamp in the room). Really horrible housekeeping practices - super unclean.

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked last minute and the price was reasonable for what we got. They were happy to offer us late check out as I needed to work. Close to the main area of Ojai so you can easily walk around. Our bed in room 12 was a bit high. We did like the stain glass in our room but was puzzled by some of the decor like a shelf that was part of the headboard which had fake suitcases on it.
