    Dear Sir/Madam, We experienced poor service during our stay. Our booking included airport pickup, a welcome drink, and breakfast. While the airport pickup was provided, we did not receive the welcome drink, and when we went to the restaurant for breakfast, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included in our booking. After checking with the reception, we were told that breakfast was indeed included. This indicates a lack of coordination and communication between the reception and restaurant staff, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion during our stay. We kindly request that you review this matter and improve the coordination between your departments to ensure a better guest experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     its hard to be critical sometimes when the hotel and its staff are trying their best but faded glory is the bets way here. the hotel has seen its best days, needs updting, needs modernising and although locaation is fine food and drink lags behind other establishments in victoria falls
