    Best place and location, its not updated but decent and comfortable for the stay. Customer service is nice , rms are clean. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. Had no issues here. Will stay here again because of location its center of everything.

    I love the location great food all around you and little shops. The ocean is a gorgeous view right out of your balcony and you’re walking distance. I didn’t get in my car one time the four days I was there, I highly recommend!

    We stayed here because my daughter had a gymnastics competition at the Virginia convention center, and this was super close and we were excited to have a balcony view of the ocean. However, once we got there, I realize this wasn’t what I expected. The entire building smelled like weed; mind you i was staying here with my children. My youngest ended up getting sick and was throwing up overnight. I tried to use the phone in my hotel room to call down to the front desk and the phone was completely broken. So I use cell to calm down to the main desk to ask for another set of sheets to change the bedding. The guy who answered the main desk phone was extremely rude and told me yeah come down for them. I had to leave my children alone in the room. We were staying on the seventh floor to go down for sheets. The morning of the competition we also took showers after a long night.. I went to use the blow dryer to dry the kids hair .. broken. Again, I use my phone to call the main desk to ask for another. They didn’t have any. The Elevator Was so scary.. I can’t tell you how many times we got stuck. Or when it was time to get on the elevator instead of the door open up all the way they would open up a crack, We couldn’t even get into the elevator. I brought this to the attention and they said it was nothing. Every single time we had to use that elevator that we made it out OK. Overall, this place was not what I expected. I was also told there was complementary breakfast, which was not the case at all. I do not recommend and I will never stay here again.
