Is it the most updated hotel? No. Did it allow us to have an amazing 5 days by the coast, almost on the beach, with a pool and an OK- AC? With a terrace balcony with both sea view and street view (of the lively shopping street which is quite fun to gaze upon before bed time). Yes! Would be come again? To the exact area - yes, to the hotel if Las Vegas hotel is too expensive or fully booked? Yes. The biggest issue was squeaky bunk bed and a weak AC (that was slightly fixed immediately upon notice to the reception). But again, we had a great time, with kids 8 and 9, and the food at the restaurant out front is AMAZING.

Hotel is close to the beach and has private beach area you do have to pay additionally for the deckchairs (minimum 15€) Area is nice but very "touristy". Pool seemed fine. That said, the hotel is very worn down and needs renovation.

It was so hot that we could not sleep all night, I asked to give us a room with better air conditioning they said all the rooms are this way and brought us a fan instead.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Natasha the desk clerk was amazing. She helped with transportation, area attractions and helped with personal problem that came up. The cleaning crew, restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent. I didn't like that it had no A/C for three days. Also , the breakfast menu never changed. The same fare for two weeks.

The rooms at Hotel Amalfi are outdated and worn, and are in desperate need for a thoroughly wash down and a few coats of paint. The same applies to the corridors. The bathroom was horrible. We felt like closing our eyes when entering so we didn’t have to notice too many nasty details (like for example the furry mold between the mirror and its frame). The tiles looked like being laid by a 3 year old, and the floor was a patchwork of different tiles presumably do to repairs over the years. The breakfast was OK. It lacked, however, healthy options. All bread was white and there were no vegetables (cucumber, tomato, peppers). The juice was not juice, but weak lemonade. Hotel Amalfi is centrally located and close to the beach - this is probably why it was relatively expensive to stay there. All in all, this hotel is in our opinion not worth its prize – I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Basic hotel, friendly staff with nightly karaoke. Busy every night

The location was fantastic right in the heart of everything such as the beach, strip and water park. Staff were very helpful. Hotel lobby was decent and breakfast area was clean however the room was very dark and fairly old fashioned. It had an old style feel to the building and the room certainly was the worse part. However on a budget it has everything you need and the staff and location couldn't be better.

Amalfi is in a great location right next to the beach and shopping centre in Jeslo. Hotel is nice with car parking inside the compound. Breakfast was good. The room was bit small but was ok for an overnight stay.

Service from reception staff was excellent-very helpful and informative but the main waiter in the breakfast room was bordering on rude. The room was very clean and comfortable but the balcony, although huge, was very ugly and we didn't use it at all. We enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel for dinner 2 nights and were very entertained by the karaoke but this could be a problem if you like early nights as it was very noisy in the room till midnight (didn't bother us!)

Too small As in, bathrooms shower is small (just shower curtain around your body) too far from Venicia but accessible to some ferry that runs every hour. Lots of shops next door and a block away from the beach with hotel pass to use the beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely not for family. Ok for bachelors or bachelorette. I must add no Air condition!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel who made the stay very easy and confortble. Had a fantastic time making the most of the great amneties available at the hotel such as the swimming pool. Also view from the balcony is incredible with the beach view. Lively and vibrant restaurant downstaires. Very enjoyable stay and can't wait to go back.
