Everything was great for a comfortable stay. However, upon arrival, they informed me that they do not have a gym as part of the amenities although it’s listed online. Other than that, everything else was great, was just disappointed that I booked a hotel with a gym and it has great pictures, but not an amenity.

Location just beside local trains is ideal; you get very easy to next villages/towns. Trains or other trafic doesn’t disturb and there is a few good/quality restaurants at the sea line. Nearest Mercadona is in walking distance (approx 1 mile away). Will gladly choose the hotel again!

Cheap and cheerful, Couple of things to bear in mind to improve Parking is extra 10 euro a night which wasnt stated before hand and hard to find the parking aswell. Only 1 pillow offered in the room per person and walls paper thin. Except for that was clean

We booked for 2 nights and unfortunately the hotel did not live up to our expectations. We felt like we were staying in a rest home for the elderly. No entertainment whatsoever, no lunch or evening meals so had to eat out each night and not easy finding a place unless you are driving. The bar shuts at 7 i think , so boring nothing to do unless you go out . I normally like to stay in the hotel and enjoy the experience but unfortunately not. Whilst a kettle etc; was provided this was the first hotel ive stayed in that doesn't provide coffee / tea of some sort. On the plus side the staff are lovely very friendly, the room was ok but noisy first thing as we were directly above the reception/ dining area. Sorry will not be going back again .

The reception was good staff helpful, our room was up in the lift, ok with wheelchair, lots of space in the room, only let down was the bath with no grab rails, my husband couldn't climb into it, luckily we only stayed 1 night, i did mention it at check in no shower only rooms available. Liked the idea of a mini kitchenette. A nice walk down to the restaurants, but steep walking back up, good job my husband had his mobility scooter.

Only one negative , lovely balcony but when I arrived no table or chairs on balcony , I did get a table on second day but would of been disappointed if no table or chairs available on balcony during my stay.

Good basic comfort accomodation, apart-hotel ...needs more kitchenette utensils. 1st Night i spent 20mins walking up and down 3floors as receptionist guy gave wrong card-key.. I asked him to change room, as ( A/C didnt work in his initial choice).. so he changes to another ( but he cant find the Key!..) .. 3rd Night I came back from Dinner outside and could not enter my room as electronic door key-card wouldnt allow. Went down to reception twice to 'change card'.. Then he finally agrees there is a 'technical malfunction' with the door-card system.. So he goes outside and climbs through balcony to enter apartment to open..

It was ok.rooms are good.area is not great nothing close but train outside.when i stayed there we went to the pool at around 9.30 and there was a someone cleaning the pool, then he got out a power hose and started spraying the outside of the pool and spraying the dirt into the pool and asking people to move there chairs so he could clean the ground and wetting people..we complained but he still continued.this should of been done first thing when there was no one at the pool. he didnt finish until around 12.30..

This is our third time to this hotel. Having read that it was under new management and they were more friendly we were looking forward to experiencing this new friendliness. I emailed them to request us having our same apartment 302. Which is top floor with great sea views and it also has an ordinary door key not card. So air-con/heating can be left on when you leave. They never replied so I asked Expedia if they could forward my email on to them. I then got a reply from them saying they couldn't reserve rooms but would see. I even sent a picture which was taken from that room of the view. So we arrived at about 8:15pm. 20/march. And were given a door keycard for the ground floor. We complained to the manager and he put us in room 303. Still keycard. We realized that there was no kettle so I went and got one, which blew the electric off. No more kettles. Couldn't find switch for balcony light. Were told it was automatic. (Lies). Water went off one day. Was told it was due to work elsewhere and all the hotel was without water. (Lies). I asked if we could be moved into the end room 301. Was told it was occupied until 31/ march. (Lies). Staff were no more friendly than before. We never had these problems before and they even gave us our favorite room 302. WiFi was also down and that was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. It was haphazard at best. We tried air con to give us some heat. Only problem was it sounded like a bearing was going and it was noisy.

the hotel is a good base to stay as it is virtually on the railway line to Fuengirola/Malaga were you can easily visit the other holiday resorts of benalmadena torremolinos a return ticket per person is 3.60 euros. The hotel staff are friendly nothings too much for them

The hotel was very good value for the cost. It is a great place for a base and the train station opposite gives a good cheap link to anywhere between Malaga and Fuengirola. A short walk away connects you to a good bus service. The beach - quiet, rocky is a short stroll down the hill and there are also good places to eat down there. The room had only the minimum of equipment and no bowls for cereal so take your own if you have children. The decor is dated but the hotel is currently being updated. It was spotlessly clean but the shower has no power and has to be hand held to get a good wash....loads of hot water though. The wi-fi came and went.. but we managed to get a better signal on the balcony.

Yes this is the best bit about this hotel, how close it is to the train station right beside it, trains which are electric are very quiet and run every 20 minutes each way from the airport to the hotel it is 2.05 euro per person a lot less than 20 euro by taxi, if you dont mind walking an extra 30 - 40 yds, you have to walk further than that at the airport to get your taxi.The hotel is in fact situated at Torremuelle, (look for this when buying ticket at train stations) which is in-between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and this is the end of the track.The hotel is, what it is, at the price we paid, this is as far as we can count our 7th time staying here, so we know its on top of a hill and if you are not fit for walking then this is NOT the place for you, just above the hotel is Benalmadena Pueblo about 1 -1 1/2 mile up a 35deg hill (that gets the heart going) its a white wash Spanish village. Well worth a walk, just remember to bring a drink going uphill and to include in your visit the strange funny type castle....
