    We requested a late check-out as our flights were scheduled for late in the evening. Since we had multiple rooms booked, the hotel could have easily accommodated us by allowing us to retain at least one room for a few extra hours. Unfortunately, the reception staff was very inflexible regarding this request. In fact, one staff member came to our room to remind us to check out exactly at 12:00 noon, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. International travelers often appreciate small gestures of flexibility and hospitality, especially when dealing with inconvenient flight schedules. A more customer-friendly approach would have greatly enhanced our experience. Another area of concern was the breakfast selection. Vegetarian guests had very limited options available, mostly restricted to fruits and a few basic items. Given the diverse international clientele that hotels cater to, a wider variety of vegetarian dishes would be appreciated. The current offering did not adequately accommodate vegetarian guests. While the hotel has many positive aspects, improvements in guest service flexibility and vegetarian food options would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
