Inside Staff were exceptional, pool staff were hit or miss, the pool Bar staff were not very friendly.
I would definitely stay here again. Room was fantastic.

Magnificent, vast property with astonishingly beautiful gardens. Excellent service at all levels, including helpful concierge. Tasteful Moroccan style decor in large suites with all usua five-star comforts. Terrific buffet breakfast.

Everytime I stay there I have to ask for the same things multiple times. They have big down internal com issue.
Never received amenities even when I asked for them 3 days
I asked for coffee capsule 3 times and when I called to follow up the IRD agent was so rude
Ask for late check out as I returned from the casino at 6 am but yet they woke me up at 12:30 because they didn’t get my request while the agent before promised to put the note in
$$$$
