So let’s start up with the good. The service from the staff was a three out of five there weren’t any smiles given when you arrived there weren’t rude or mean they were just doing their job. There was no customer service aspect that was wowing. The cleaning staff was really nice the cleaning. I’ve also cleaned the room very well when we were already there upon initially arriving the room was not very clean. We still cleaned. There was dust everywhere. There was like I don’t know if this one wasn’t using a while or whatever but it was not great. The room itself needed a lot of work. There was just it just look Ran Down. The bed was very soft, but the room itself needed a lot of work. There was tissue stuffed in the ceiling around where like the fire extinguisher was there was in the bathroom. It was just so many things that just screamed update me renovate me fix me. Everything looked very much like a toddler painted everything. Everything looked as if someone with no real skill or ability. Did these repairs some of the lights and outlets did not work in our room, the tub, the drain, drained extremely slow so it was just back up when you showered the doors had patches like metal patches over it as if they were trying to not just purchase a brand new door or fix it they were trying to conceal it, but done very poorly. Any thing that happened in this room that seems to be needing attention seems like it was not done well, so it looked that there was mold in the bathroom tub in the caulking just not very clean that worth the money that we spent for our room not what I would expect from a La Quinta budget hotel.
