Excellent place, with character, served every need. Perfect for visiting Universidad del Pacifico - about a 15 minute walk. The place is clean, pleasant and inexpensive. Though the hotel is small, there is always somebody at the desk. Garden room was very pleasant (as was the little garden). There was a minor problem with the phone (they did try to wake me up, but it never buzzed) - fortunately, my own alarm clock worked. But that was, really, the only minor issue during the stay.

The property is beautiful. The courtyard is beautiful. The bathroom was small, but very nice. It is a converted mansion. Tasty breakfast. The staff helped with everything. Agreat atart piint for our Lima exploring

The hotel was very restful and convenient to things in San Isidro. The staff was absolutely wonderful and bent over backwards to help us in all sorts of ways. I'd like to give a special shout-out to manager Michael Azuaje who made the saying, "my house is your house," a reality. In addition, the garden was a very nice bonus for our family -- peaceful, lush, quiet, perfect.

This property was badly in need of rehab. The bedroom chair was threadbare and the carpet in really bad shape. The area was great but we will look for something cleaner and more cared for in the future.
