Everything here starting from location is top notch. Food quality & Service is very good. I have been staying here from our last 8 to 10 trips & every time we visit Santana, it's a fresh new experience. Would highly recommend this resort if you're staying in North Goa.

Stayed at Santana for two nights during the monsoon in June. While the resort markets itself as a 3-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 2-star stay. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the location, with easy access to the beach. Beyond that, however, the property falls short of expectations. The rooms are quite dated, with old furniture and interiors that feel neglected rather than charming. Considering we paid around ₹4,500 per night during the off-season, the value simply wasn't there. Based on the room quality alone, the pricing felt more appropriate in the ₹2,500 range. Service was another disappointment. The staff completed basic tasks but there was little sense of hospitality or willingness to go beyond the minimum. During our stay, it rained heavily, which is expected in Goa during the monsoon. We requested umbrellas from the resort but were told they were unavailable, so we had to get drenched even while walking to the restaurant. This was the first resort I've stayed at that didn't provide umbrellas for guests during the rainy season, and it reflected a lack of thoughtfulness. Breakfast was also very basic. The spread was limited, with only one non-vegetarian option and a single egg preparation, with no live counter. For a destination like Goa and for a property positioned as a 3-star resort, the breakfast experience felt underwhelming. Lastly, we had mentioned while making the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary. We weren't expecting anything elaborate, but even a simple acknowledgment, a greeting at check-in, or a small gesture would have reflected genuine hospitality. Instead, it wasn't mentioned at all. If your priority is simply staying close to the beach and you don't mind dated rooms or minimal service, Santana may still work for you. However, if you're looking for a resort experience that matches its pricing and rating, there are better options available in North Goa.
