    I was totally disappointed and disgusted with this property. First, no one tells you anything about your booking or the check in process so you have to actually text them by wsapp and ask them for the code to access your room otherwise you will find yourself trying to get in with no answer or information. After that I needed to ask for a room change because I found the room was not cleaned properly(I found a towel stained with blood, dusty side tables, open food inside the fridge, tissue dispenser empty, food smell in the room, etc. -just to mention some-). On day 3 without any notice my codes were changed so suddenly I found myself outside the building with my mobile phone battery running out and not able to even access the building. Every time I was trying to contact them the only replies were from an automated machine and just after around 10 min depending on the urgency of the matter someone was actually responding. So basically I would never stay again in this property or with this company. Yes , the room can have a nice decoration but what is that for if you find out that everything is dirty. Btw, the second room I was given also had a weird food smell and the same dusty side tables so I don’t know if this is something happening in every room or what. I even got an eye infection that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was something related to the cleanliness of the towels or even the bed sheets. Awful.

    The hotel is in a prime location, conveniently close to tourist attractions, including the Muzeum Metro Station. However, since my arrival, I have repeatedly reported that the A/C is not functioning. This situation is quite disappointing and, frankly, misleading for guests. Who will take responsibility for this? I travel long distances and carefully read the listed amenities, only to arrive during the peak summer season, shortly after a major heat wave, to find the A/C not operational. While some tourists may tolerate such issues, I will not. I expect to be compensated for the five days I will be here without a functioning A/C. This is unacceptable.

    the hotel is just 2blocks away from main train station and is walking distance to old town. What I like the most here is the ambiance of the room. It was big, clean and you have a good space for opening the luggage. breakfast includes egg, sausage, bread, cereals and salad which we enjoyed. the hotel has a free luggage store just infront of the breakfast room. they have online check which might have some issue but they are reachable thru watsapp. overall the experience is great.

    This all has started as usual with booking, payment, receiving confirmation by email and Agoda platform. What an unpleasant surprise was being unable to access the building of hotel. Seeing confused guests outside of the building it was clear there was no information given to people regarding the fact there was no reception and one should get the main and room code after online registration was completed, verified and confirmed by the hotel (or who knows by whom). There was no such information included in email received from Agoda. How easier would be if one could get clear info prior check in. Instead warm welcoming there was harsh and completely unhelpful conversation over the phone where the receptionist was only able to confirm that reservation was done, confirmed and paid. He didn't even tried to mention and request to pass an email to them or to help and solve miscommunication fast. Rude, unprofessional member of the staff was only moaning that the hotel did not received my email address and that is why I did not get a code. I lost about 30 minutes standing outside of hotel, scanning documents and making silly selfies just to proceed with registration. Moreover there was no chance to miss any field in online form when I tried to skip the data of another person that couldn't join me for this trip and but still should be included under this reservation with me. I understand that kind of system when you need to check in. But I will never accept such shockingly unpleasant attitude from the hotel staff. Both Agoda and Maestro by Adrez fail in this case. And finally when you need to leave the luggage to pick it up after check out, you need to find out how to collect it without valid main entrance code and not using main door. The only way is to enter building from the other street side via restaurant. The security lady didn't even try to show basic good manners when I was dropping off and picking up my luggage. Unfortunately, this whole situation significantly influenced the positive reception of the entire hotel and was one of the worst of this type during all my numerous international hotel stays over 30 years. Huge disappointment. I do not recommend it to anyone.
