    I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The building is absolutely stunning - it truly feels like staying inside a castle with its beautiful architecture. Location: Perfect! It’s very close and only a few minutes' walk from Sendai Station, which made getting around super convenient. Facilities: All facilities were modern and worked perfectly. Hospitality: The staff were incredibly kind and professional. They even kindly allowed me to store my luggage before check-in at 6:00 AM, which was a huge help. Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

    Walking distance to Sendai Station. Easily travel on trains, subway, buses, all within walking distance. Close to many shops, convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants, First 5 nights of our stay was in twin rooms. Decent size, with one closet and no dresser drawer; or no closet, with smaller armoire, Free bottle of water placed in rooms daily. Next 3 nights were across the hall, in triple room. With one bed rolled away, the room felt extremely spacious. The bath here afforded more counter space. Only disappointment was the lack of baggage forwarding to Narita airport. We walked to Sendai Station with our large baggage to send to the airport ahead of our departure.

    Good onsen and breakfast room size for 3 people just fit and not crowd. Staff are very nice and room is clean as well.

    This hotel reflects these qualities in an imaginative European design that allows you to spend a peaceful time in a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is located in a great location which close to the Sendai train station and bus stops. . The rooms are also well maintained and clean. The service at the hotel has also been top-notch. I would definitely recommend it.
