All of the above. staff was great drivers were great. i might suggest a couple minor things for the room. Need to pull the bathroom door hardwear and remove the paint Need to put a fresh coat of paint on the trim only. I did apt maint for 40 years and noticed these things right away. but the room was nice.

Balcony view was awesome, we had a good view of the ocean. Service was friendly. Property is huge but have bellboy carts to help you get around. Room was clean, and decorated nicely. Definitely stay again

Room was adequate but not exceptional. No housekeeping despite 3 day stay, had to call to get fresh towels. Lots of noise through floor from room above. Property is beautiful. "Forest view" room had narrow view of ocean which was nice.

People upstairs were running back and forth constantly and slamming things nonstop at all hours. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Got no sleep and no enjoyment in the room.
