The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.

Very pretty place, updated nicely. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The staff was very nice - especially Sarah - and helpful.

This was our 4th year staying at this location. It is always: clean, well maintained and every staff member is friendly. We will stay again next year. I highly recommend Colonial Inn.

Classic old school hotel experience with fresh modern updates. Stellar location. Beautiful details. Don’t expect a huge modern pool and hot tub complex. This has just a bit of what is needed and it’s just enough. Think Dirty Dancing era.
