Next to a venue with a 4am licence. People up and down the street literally calling out all night,

We stayed at this motel while attending a football carnival, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We definitely won't be returning.
The room was in poor condition from the moment we arrived. The floor was so dirty that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed linen was also dirty, which is completely unacceptable. There was a white substance on the back of one of the chairs, leaving us questioning how well the room had been cleaned.
The room itself was run down, with holes in the doors, and many things seemed broken or neglected. The TV didn't even have a remote, making it unusable.
To make matters worse, the service wasn't good and didn't leave us feeling welcomed or that our concerns would be addressed.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of basic amenities made for a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this motel and certainly wouldn't stay here again.

No running water in bathroom, from 7.30pm to 7.30am, staff lazy, room was filthy, shower full of mould, cockroaches crawling on floor, bedding dirty, aircon smells like mould, off food behind fridge, cutlery and plates had cracked on food all over them. Door broken unsafe. Gauze on window repped open, unsafe. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. Around 2am loud banging for about 1/2 an hour.
