    There are rats in their rooms, the hotel is old too, AC does not work well, takes 2 hrs to make the room cold. Number of staffs are less. During night hours, they have just one staff(the receptionist) who is very rude. He is always on phone and has no time to listen to the problems.

    The hotel is close to the night market and 7-Eleven; however, the hotel needs to provide more parking spaces for guests.

    I arrived late at night and found that the lock on the room door didn't work. I told the man at the front desk and he said it's fine and it is safe as the door locks automatically when closed. I understand that but wanted a room where the actual lock worked as well as I was travelling alone. He wasn't listening to me and my request for a room with a working lock. It took about 15 mins before he finally changed my room. Safety is important to me. It is unfortunate that he didn't listen to my concern and fix the matter immediately.
