Very comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are very spacious with an awesome view of the city, breakfast was great with a variety of food, staff was very pleasant and polite, also it is very easy to get to from the airport as the hotel has a metro station at a 2 minute distance. We would surely choose the same hotel for our next stay in Shanghai.

I do recommend this hotel in terms of perfect access to the metro and different part of the city even on foot. But the breakfast was too disappointing. Poor caffee and in fact it has nothing to eat. I love staff and the cleaning service. Smell in the corridor and the room was awesome.

What an incredible place to stay. The hotel is perfectly located right next to Jing’an temple metro station from where you can go anywhere. The staff is so kind and helpful and will go out of their way to help you with just about anything. I needed help booking a ticket for the forbidden city in Beijing. I asked the staff for help, and 3 of them took their time to help me book. Because I didn’t have a Chinese phone number, a staff member ended up buying it herself for me, and wouldnt accept any sort of tip for it. Thank you! The hotel breakfast was not for me unfortunately, and the gym is very minimalistic let’s say. But all in all a great experience!
