    Generally a great hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Location is convenient just a couple of minutes from the metro station. Rooms are good and beds comfortable. Biggest minus is the breakfast. Its quality is not quite there across the board, and it especially lacks on fresh fruits and juices. Deducted one start from value for money because of that.

    Booked the hotel for my parents and they were so excited about the location, interior and exterior of the hotel. “Wow” effect was when they entered to the room and impressed about spaciousness, and don’t forget breakfast food which was delicious and well served.

    We booked our stay at the Grandium Hotel Prague expecting a true 5-star experience for our wedding anniversary, but we were deeply disappointed. Prior to our arrival, we explicitly requested a special setup for our anniversary in the special requests section. Upon check-in, we were shocked to find absolutely nothing prepared—not even a simple congratulatory card. When we brought this to the reception's attention, they completely brushed it off with total indifference. At that moment, we truly wished we had chosen a different hotel that actually values its guests' special moments. To make matters worse, two days into our stay, the hotel started wall-painting maintenance right next to us, releasing strong, chemical odors. My wife suffers from chest allergies, and when we alerted the front desk, they dismissed it as "normal daytime routine." This goes completely against standard 5-star hospitality, where floors under maintenance should be vacated to ensure guest relaxation. Only after we insisted on the severe health risks did they offer to change our room. However, this process delayed our scheduled sightseeing tour and completely ruined our day, leaving us stressed and disorganized. This was far from the relaxing, premium service we paid for. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel again.
