The check in was ok but just doing their job. Not real friendly and not real happy. Same on check out.
We asked specifically for a non smoking room. We were put in a room someone had smoked in so it caused issues.
The tv didn’t work and when we rang they tried us turning it off for a few minutes and back on but still didn’t work. Reception had just shut so nothing they could do. I have a health issue and need the tv on to be able to sleep so the night was crap. The bed was also uncomfortable. When we rang re the tv, we were told they’d email reception to sort it out in the morning. Nothing was said or done

We booked a hotel room for 2 nights but somehow scored a free upgrade to a self contained 1 bedroom unit. It was lovely, clean and had absolutely everything you need. Close proximity to the casino and convention centre. Will stay here again, great value for money

This is a pretty rough hotel. Locations is decent but not great, price is more than I would pay again after that. Our room smelt weird to begin as we arrived. Heavy poop marks in the toilet would be the reason as it turned out. So either the cleaner didn't clean it or needed it shortly before we got there. None of the bins were empty, this all made me question wether the room was cleaned properly at all. Also got told sternly I needed to out my provided ticket on the dash of my car a few hours after checking in, which is no issue, if I'm told I need to do it when I checking in, not hours later.
Overall I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
