One of the best hotel in the region. Highly recommended. Nice facilities and friendly staff.

We arrived at the hotel having had an incredibly stressful day the previous day, resulting in no sleep for any of us, 2 anxious children & frazzled parents. From the moment we arrived, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel incredibly welcome. Every one of our needs was met, even down to the tiny details (snacks in the room for the kids) to the bigger issues (letting us stay & use the facilities after checkout). The room was perfect. Plenty of space for us, comfy beds & decent air con. The setting was a slice of pure paradise. Even though there were plenty of guests, nowhere felt particularly busy. An absolutely perfect remedy to the stressful situation we had been in!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another wonderful family holiday. During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident related to my child’s nut allergy. A food item was marked as not containing nuts, but there was a mistake. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally. They took full responsibility, supported us immediately, and covered all medical costs related to the doctor and hospital checks. We really appreciated their care and the way they increased their focus on allergy management after the incident. Special thanks to Chefs Ahmed and Hussein, who kindly prepared safe cakes and desserts for my children. Their attention and kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, the hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool, beautiful beach, and very tasty food. We are very satisfied, will definitely visit again, and have already recommended it to many friends.
