Comfort Suites Batesville

I stayed solo at this hotel for 1 night. I booked through agoda. When i arrived the girl checking me in was nice and friendly. She started she needed a card for incidentals since I booked through a 3rd party but nothing would be charged to that card just on file. I gave her my travel account card for it. Once i checked in to the room I noticed it was very warm in there and my stay was in mid July. I immediately turned the AC as low as I could but knowing how hot the room was because it hadn't been on it would take quite a long time to cool down the room. I unpacked and got comfortable in bed clothes. I then noticed a notification on my phone that the entire amount that I paid through agoda already had been charged to the card as my incidental fee. I decided to ask about it in the morning because i go to bed early. After getting to sleep I woke up sweating because the AC was barley working in the room and making a surging noise. I had to sleep on then edge of the king bed closest to the AC to get what little cool air it was putting out. I had already unpacked and it was 11 at night when I found this issue. When I checked out I addressed both concerns. I was told I could of been moved rooms but my thoughts are it's 100 degrees in July, why are your room AC's not being checked regularly that they are properly working for guest comforts they are paying for with thosekinds of temps? I shouldn't have to repack up & move rooms that late at night when I'm sure someone noticed the issue thus the reason the unit was completely turned off in the room at check in. I can say that the room was very clean, although the mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. Addressing the concern with the charge at checkout is where my true issues with the hotel lie. I explained what the girl at check in said "just for incidentals , card won't be charged" , she shouldn't have said that. Then it was for the full amount I had already paid for the room. There were 2 women who began talking over each other trying to explain why I had been charged this with an older woman then dominating the conversation and saying things like due to medical Marijuana $50-100 in room deposits don't cover it anymore. I simply stated that i travel every weekend and had never incurred such a incidental fee & that the girl at check in shouldn't have said no charge, then there was that amount of charges. I left very confused as to why that exact amount but told the charge would be returned to my account after check out within 2-3 days. I stayed nice during the engagement, stated id keep an eye on my account and left. I leave and go to eat and as I'm eating I get another notification that I had been charged a second time for the same amount. I immediately went back to the hotel to question it and was met with not but rudeness by the other woman I'd dealt with at check out who first tried to explain why i was charged that way but was then over talked by the other woman, no one ever stated im the manager or day shift lead, their position etc. The lady said let me see your phone and before I could respond or show her anything, took my phone from my hands where i had my bank account pulled up and said can't you see that's where I returned it, it's pending and returning, i didn't charge you again. I start yes you in fact did. She tossed my phone on the counter and said your going to get it back, without hearing me out that no it was not a return it was in fact another charge and it had zeroed out what I had in there at the time in that travel account causing my card to decline when paying for my lunch. She argued me no it didn't she'd put it back without allowing me to show her what a credit looks like to my account. I simply turned and left and chose to stop my interaction with her and decided to call Monday to talk with a manger. I checked my travel account Monday morning and seen that 1 of the fees had been returned, however the 2nd one had not. So i called
