    When booked requested room with balcony. Was asked for *** for balcony room. Would not have booked if I had known. Definitely duped! So annoyed.

    Terrible hotel. Check in took ages and not very friendly.. Went to our room. Not as advertised. Emailed lisa the manager who responded with a flat. "Tough shit" vibe. And disputed my complaint. THIS PLACE HAS GOT BAD VIBES AND DEELS MORE LIKE A PRISON THAN A HOTEL. AWFUL. LEFT IMMEDIATELY
