Not sure how this has a 9/10 rating in Hotels.com. A/C didn’t work. Was very hit in the room. Shower curtain rack was coming off the wall. The bathroom door kept hitting it. Shower curtain was way too short, floor got soaked. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Luke warm. No pool towels. When you try to turn the hot tub on you will get cut by a screw they jammed in the timer to prevent you from turning it on all the way. Hot

Overall great choice for our family roadtrip. The room is spacious, functional beds are comfortable. The hotel needs some maintenance and the breakfast could be better. The highlight for us was the good size indoor pool and hot tub.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was great—good variety and all the foods were at the right temperature. The staff is friendly and professional.
