Pool was heated, they gave us free cookies upon arrival. Staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was SUPER comfy. They had a smart tv so I could watch whatever I wanted. Really good experience!

Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, there were a couple of issues that need immediate attention by hotel management.
First, the thermostat that controls the heating & air was barely functional and difficult to set. Consequently, the heat and AC came on at random times and often when you didn't need it to.
Also, the toilet often would not flush properly. Needs to be repaired...quickly.
These two discrepancies took away from what could have otherwise been a very pleasant experience.
