Very nice hotel close to a small lake, short walk to train station to easy take you to e.g. Brussels. Bed madrass was a bit hard. Great breakfast. Very nice staff.

Lovely place quiet setting at the manor Check in at the main hotel and signage clear as previous reviews said this was an issue but seemed easy to check in friendly staff Tea coffee juice and fruit in the reception area with relapse sting patio area if warm. Room comfortable and large with good size bathroom Could do with a redecorate as looked bit tired around the window frames and ledges Housekeeping was an issue on check in as the only 2 rooms serviceable were ours and another as the hallway to rest of the building littered with bedding crockery glasses till 6pm

Everything was perfect! Professional service, lovely people - at the restaurant, chambermaids, at the reception. Very good located - close to the railway station (5 min walk), close to restaurants around the lake, very clean. Good that they provided snacks and fruits as well - comfortable after the long working day to have some. I had a room #7, it was good with big windows and window at the bathroom, though next time I'd ask for #4 - it has balcony with the lake view! # 5 is smaller than # 4 and 7.

Large manor overlooking the Genval lake. It is a few minutes walk from the Chateau du Lac, the main hotel where you go for check-in, breakfast, spa etc. The manor is quite and has a stylish hall with seats, drinks. Rooms are well-sized and equipped, bathroom clean. Bed are OK. Floors are a bit creaky, so you may hear the upper floor guests walking. Wifi a bit slow. The breakfast in the Chateau du Lac was good, but slightly disappointing for a hotel this class. The location is suited for both romantic and business trips to the many industrial companies in the area. However, traffic into Brussels center may be heavy. I prefer this hotel over hotels in Brussels. Even a trip to the Weterloo battlefield is close.
