    Had a wonderful stay at Luana Waikiki Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of Waikiki Beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value and a perfect base for exploring Honolulu. Would definitely stay here again! ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿจ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ˜Š

    Arrived late to Honolulu and upon arrival at hotel, noticed no bell boy available or ramp to get suitcases out of taxi. Beautiful lobby with nice exotic aroma. Very friendly and helpful reception agent. He did arrange for bell boy to attend. Rooms allocated on same floor as requested and which we were grateful for. Rooms are large and spacious. Decor very outdated and TV also outdated. Bathroom equally outdated. Nice balcony overlooking Main Street and park. There is an ABC convenience store across the road which is really good to get water and milk etcโ€ฆ there is no drinking bottled water in rooms. There Is a building site next door which affects your sleep and there is construction noise. Housekeeping only offered after 3 day stay. Pool small and busy. Waikiki beach about a 15 min walk. If you have disabilities this hotel isnโ€™t for you. If you are looking for affordable accommodation with friendly staff, this ticks the boxes. If you donโ€™t mind old furniture and pull out couch with some old stains on it, this will do the job. There is a resort fee which covers free coffee in lobby, beach towels and free WiFi. Only valet parking available at $50 plus tax. Location is good and outdoor decor is good. Inside needs a total refurb and good clean in my opinion.

    We got big cockroaches in our room it was so scary and they did not even ask if we wanted to switch room. They said because we were closed to the trash it happened...
