We stayed in 2 totally diiferent rooms in the same hotel with my collegue. No lights on the wall and I packed my stuff with phone flaslight. Towels very dusty. Bath cover glass was not working and it made the floors very wet. AC temp. Is not changing and go above 23 degree. I become frozen in the night. Nothing to eat in the minibar, we were starving in the nights when everywhere closed cause we checked in late. Tv is stated at somewhere you cant fully watch from your bed.

Check in and out were efficient and they were great with parking issues in the town center. The room was period style and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the street noise was mostly muffled by the windows. We would return to this B and B anytime, they even had GF options for breakfast!

Hotel had very nice and helpful staff, especially the young girls at the front desk. Perfect location at the city centre. Easy to walk anywhere. Good breakfast too. I Can highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed over night here on the way to another destination. The room was big, clean and quiet. It is an out-dated hotel which tries to portray itself as much nicer than it is. I would categorize this as a 3-star hotel; it is a long way from a 4-star hotel.

What a great find on our way back to the UK. Hotel was very friendly and great for us and our two dogs. Centre of city so easy to find shops. Restaurant is a must even though a bit pricey but I would put it in my top 5 eating experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed not to be in one of the renovated rooms and our room seriously needed an update. It was very old fashioned and very shabby, the bed was hard but the room was at the back of the hotel so it was nice and quiet - the reason for not asking to switch. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had a nice feel and we will return.
