    I know for a fact this place is nice and everything runs smooth and the place is clean and that staff are just wonderful. However on this occasion I had a bit of a hang up as I usually book throught 3rd party app AGODA which is a great app however. and im only writing this to warn other people but last night i get to the hotel and go to check in and realized I had messed up and accidently booked the room for the wrong day. oops so i thought no big deal right. well i was wrong i understood i couldnt cancel but i guess im not even allowed to change the day i check in and Its basiclly up to the property to see if i can a free cancelation and if not im just robbed of my *** which honeslty hurts. i still have to hear from anyone at the property even though i filled out the proper forms and submited them online. Hopefully since i didnt even get to step foot into the building they will do the right thing and let me get a free cancelation. And hopefully get the funds returnded to my card. People make mistakes and and dont think its right to just take someones money if the mistake didnt hurt anything, i do feel sorta robbed however i have to hear from anyone at the property so we shal see how it goes and hopefully they will make it write

    I purchased a double bed room with handicap access as my guest was handicap and 300+lbs days before my stay. When I arrived they tried to give me a single bed and told me I never ordered that room. I showed my reservation details and he still tried to deny me my room saying it was booked fully. No compensation would have been given back. I made them figure it out as I did nothing wrong on my end. Do not get third party rooms even though this property advertises it. We ended up with a room on the second floor despite my guests mobility issues. Once we arrived in our room it was filthy!!!! Floors are not swept or mopped, bed is questionably clean, we didn’t get enough towels for showering and could not get any extra from housekeeping. Just pay the extra money and go ANYWHERE but here.
