Staff in restaurant were incredible! The staff member ‘One’ was our favourite.Our entire family are GF and they were so accommodating. One of the slides was closed for the entire stay with no sign of it being repaired. But the other slides were brilliant. Highly recommended with kids.

Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip

We had a wonderful family vacation at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. This was our first beach vacation as a family, and it became a very special and memorable experience for my wife, our two daughters, and me.
The resort has a beautiful tropical garden, great swimming pools, and a relaxing pool bar. We really enjoyed walking around the garden, interacting with the small animals, and watching the beautiful sunset near Karon Beach. The whole resort has a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere.
The front desk team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff assisted us with our luggage, bookings, airport transfer, and many helpful suggestions throughout our stay.
The buffet was very good, especially the Thai food. We also really appreciated the staff singing a birthday song for my wife during her birthday dinner. It was a lovely surprise and made our family dinner even more memorable.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We sincerely thank all the resort staff for their warm hospitality, friendly service, and thoughtful assistance. You made our first family beach vacation truly special, and we hope to stay here again when we return to Phuket!
