    No room service after 9pm. Basic things like plates are not provided when asked for. Rooms are good but Overall hospitality is not great which is the same with many hotels in shanghai.

    Not the newest hotel but staff are really friendly and helpful. Tidy rooms with purified water. May be noisy due to traffic but my sleep was not affected as I had to turn on the AC anyways

    We had a lovely stay at the Baolong. The hotel is massive and is easy to find. It's close to the train and to Fudan University, so it's great for students (like us) or visiting family. The room was huge, with an executive desk and great beds. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely, so much to choose from from both Western and Chinese cuisines, and they even help our luggage for an extended period after checking out. Highly appreciated! The staff are amazing, and I'll definitely be back someday.
