We used the hotel as a base for Legoland and Disney. Our grandson loved the pools. One negative is the elevator was not working.

Good location with beautiful views if you got a room with one which we didn't. This property does not give daily housekeeping service. They also encourage you to help out at the end of stay by stripping the bed and tidying up before checking out. The per night room rate was not cheap.

When booking this hotel, it was not made clear that the property is part of a timeshare and that ocean-view rooms are only available for timeshare reservations. While the Newport Beach location is beautiful, the accommodations were disappointing. Our room felt outdated, the sofa in the living room was stained, and the towels in both bathrooms were worn and had a grey tint. The hotel seemed to charge extra for everything—pool towels left behind came with a fee, daily room service was an additional cost, and the coffee at the marketplace was undrinkable. Given the location and the price point, I had high expectations that unfortunately were not met. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I would not stay here again.

Beautiful property. Spacious suite with fully loaded kitchen. Loved the multiple pools, live music and events. Excellent customer service from staff. When I was walking the property, I had multiple team members stopping in their golf carts to check if I wanted a ride.

We have been coming here for many years and it is so run down and the service is very poor. Our room was dirty and dated and in an awful location facing the main highway and the utility area of the hotel! We were very disappointed and doubt we will come back.

I was really impressed by the check in. This property is beautiful, the views are stunning. The only flaw for me was getting to my villa had to be through the parking garage. I really disliked it, found it very inconvenient considering the garage sign that read being in the garage can expose you to chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer. I would love to return but will definitely highlight this.
