Great price and great location definitely recommend staying here. Right next to opry mills and briley parkway. 20 minutes from downtown.
They are in middle of construction so stuff is all over the parking lot but it’s tidy. Rooms are all remodeled— most of them.
Arrive to get checked in and the lady at the desk was NOT friendly. Playing on her phone the entire time. Didn’t greet me or anything, just sat there.
Said I wanted to sign in, (I been traveling all day and was exhausted) she said umm check in? That was the extent of the whole conversation.
The room we stayed in was good, could tell new carpet and lights but ceiling was ripped and bathroom door was kicked in and missing a chunk.
Like I said—great place to sleep , we didn’t stay in the room.

The room was clean and more than met my needs and comfort. The facility is not overly attractive. The staff is not overly helpful. For the cost I was pleased.

They were remolding and the things from other rooms were in our parking space. The floors hadn't been moped from the flooring they put down, I guess it was the residue from the new flooring, I don't know. We had to ask for pillows and cover, but other than that it was ok.
