Stayed for one night on a trip to Normandy. It’s an older hotel that has been freshened up. The room and bathroom were fine. The small hotel parking lot was full late at night, so had to park on the street, which was no problem.

We booked this hotel because our reservation in Le Havre was suddenly cancelled due to overbooking and there were no other reasonable choices left. It is surely a clean and very basic hotel but in a worst possible location - next to ExxonMobil chemical plant. Not only we got a room overlooking this industrial monster, we could feel its close presence by continuous humming noise from burning exhaust gases and that specific smell... But what really left us with deep feeling of regret was the the attitude of the hotel staff. Breakfast hours were quite early and since our kids were still sleeping we thought we could bring some food to our room, especially as it was paid for. But two staff members jumped out like goalkeepers blocking our way, waving fingers and shouting "no", "back" in front of everyone. Although rude and funny at the same time, we calmly accepted the fact that apparently there is such a rule in this hotel, woke up our kids and brought them to the breakfast room so that they could eat there. And yet, while we were finishing our breakfast, another couple came and the same staff members helpfully allowed them to take to their room as much food as they could carry...

We stayed one night in hotel on business trip in France. We arrived out of opening hours of reception (after 09 pm), so we had contacted the hotel by phone prior to our arrival. We received clear and easy instructions for check in, and the whole proces went very smooth. Friendly staff as well.Hotel is easy to find. Nice old building with spacious renovated rooms. Good value for money.Two minor remarks: the parking lot on site is pretty small and fills up quickly, and there is a really big industrial site/oil refinery in town, below in the valley, which makes for an unusual view from the room at night. Would stay again when in the area.

The hotel is ok, reasonable price. Decent service and breakfast is satisfactory. Family room is a good size but dirty and smelly. The area is terrible. View of chemical / industrial plant and smell is ghastly. Would not recommend coming here if you are on holiday.

This hotel is newly renovated and one of the best value I've ever seen in my 3 weeks trip in France. The rooms are big for and the bathrooms are GIGANTIC for France hotel. The hotel is side of a farm land so there might be some "funny" odor and there is a dog in the front who is pretty loud for his morning pee pee :).

I had to overnight for work in Notre Dame de Gravenchon and stayed at the Hotel Pascal Saunier. The room was clean the staff were very nice and all in all it was a very pleasant stay. If your French is non-existant, it will be somewhat difficult to communicate with the staff (other than the owner who speaks English).

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the view over the nearby oil refinery was not expected and the smell was unpleasant. We would not stay here again.
