Always the best time her….it has the most ideal location and one of the only hotels right on the beach!

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and the staff showed me to my room and everything started fine. I noticed that everytime I would fall asleep that I would wake up itchy but faulted it to the mosquitos or something else. By the last night it got so bad that I couldn't sleep and realized that there were massive bed bugs on the bed. While the staff was kind enough to show me to a separate room (which also had a couple of large roaches and spiders) after I checked out I wasn't given any sort of refund or anything like that. I was contemplating making this review because I understand mistakes can happen but there really should have been some sort of refund on their part. There's a lot of other hotels in the area that have an easier walk to the center and I don't think the price point for the hotel was worth the issues it came with.
